Junior Aces will be encouraged to:
- participate in the JTT (Junior Team Tennis);
- play on a high school tennis team;
- travel to other tennis sites to practice and play against other junior players;
- participate in an intramural tennis league ( scheduled to begin after JTT is completed) to prepare for the upcoming championships and tournament play; and compete in the American Tennis Association (ATA) national championships

Beginners (ages 6 - 8 years)
Objective: To develop participants’ motor skills such as catching, throwing, and ball tracking
using the USTA QuickStart Program method as the model.

- The length of each session will be one or two hours, one day per week for eight weeks.
- Each participant will take part in games and activities which emphasize fun and the development of moto skills and social skills.
Beginners (ages 9 - 12 years)
Objective: To introduce participants to basic tennis fundamentals--forehand, backhand, and
volleys. The USTA beginner guide for juniors will be used as the model.
The length of each session will be from one to two hours, one day per week for 10 weeks.
Participants will be taught the different racquet grips, basic strokes, and tennis court layout and will participate in drills and tennis games to reinforce skills.

Objective: To improve participants’ overall tennis skills and increase their USTA rating.
The length of each session will be two hours two days per week for eight or nine weeks.
This program is available to youth whose rating on the USTA scale is between 2.0 and 3.5 level.
Participants will enhance their tennis strokes by participating in more advanced and more intense drills and will learn basic tennis strategies for playing singles and doubles.
Participants must demonstrate passion for the sport and parents/guardians must commit to ensuring their child]participates in practice at least two days per week during indoor season and three days during outdoor season. Participation in league or tournament play is considered in lieu of a practice day.

This program is only open to participants who are rated at 3.5 or above, according to the USTA rating.
